My standard fee is $120 for the first session and $100 for ongoing sessions (50–60 minutes).

These rates are within the typical range reported by PACFA for counsellors, ensuring professional standards are met.

Please note sessions are not eligible for a Medicare rebate, though some private health insurance policies may provide partial rebates, it’s worth checking with your provider.

I’m happy to discuss sliding scale options if the standard fee presents a barrier, so counselling can remain accessible and supportive for you.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed sessions incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled session cost.
