I’m Eloise, founder of ORLA Counselling, a practice grounded in the belief that resilience already exists within every person.

My work is about helping clients reconnect with that strength and live more authentically.

I work with adults, children, and families using a trauma-informed, relational approach. I aim to create a calm, respectful space where people feel safe to explore emotions, relationships, and life transitions without judgement.

I’m especially passionate about supporting children, adolescents and parents, strengthening emotional regulation, and helping families build secure, connected relationships.

My background spans counselling, psychology, and creative practice, which allows me to work flexibly and compassionately with different communication styles and lived experiences.

I see therapy as a collaborative process, it’s not about fixing what’s broken, but about observing patterns, reflecting on experience, learning new ways of relating, and acting in alignment with your authentic self.

At ORLA, my philosophy is simple: people are adaptive, capable, and deserving of understanding. Showing up is already resilience in action.
